By ordering from Quickhsr you agree to provide accurate delivery details and to be available during the chosen delivery slot. Prices and availability may change without notice.

Privacy policy

We collect only the details needed to fulfil your order — name, phone, email and delivery address. We never sell your data and we share it only with the delivery rider handling your order.

Refund & returns

Not happy with an item? Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Fresh produce must be reported with a photo so we can improve quality checks.

Delivery policy

We deliver daily in the city between 7am and 9pm. Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the same day. Delivery is free above the store threshold shown at checkout.
